  : No Breakfasts, No Pool, No coffee pot, fridge did not work walls damaged. Beds very hard the floor would be softer. Floors dirty, door broken door on room and outside of hotel, toilet backed up, every thing smelled like pot.

  : The pool was not working. We did not stay at this hotel and canceled the rooms. I had called the hotel before making reservations to make sure that the pool was working and the staff said yes it was. It was a foreign speaking person who advised the pool was open. We arrived at the hotel with my 3 grandchildren to find out the pool was not open. I had two rooms booked at this hotel. We canceled those rooms and left. I was only given a refund of $2.18 and $1.78 for both of the rooms that I had booked.
  : They lied to my family and said the pool was working. It was not. I had promised my 3 grandchildren to play in the pool. Very upset. I had even called in advance to make sure the pool was open before booking this hotel.

  : The female employee at the front desk was apologetic and tried to be helpful. Despite her best efforts the place was still awful.
  : Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Change rooms more than once to find one that the A/C as well as other things actually worked. Could not use the pool. Halls all smelled heavily of pot. Could not get a full refund. Would not recommend
