  : The room is very dirty and has a very bad odor, carpet has a lot of stains and dirt. Due to my allergies, I have a hard time breathing, chest tightness, and runny noses. The shower tub doesn't drain well. The dresser is very dusty and we found a drawer full of stinky dirty clothes, and missing a drawer. The room is on ground level floor and the window screen is broken. We change to another room on 4th floor with better smell, but the new room is still very dusty, the carpet is dirty and has stains (vomiting stains). Lamps and lighting fixtures are very dusty. If I don't have allergies, I think those issues shouldn't be a big problem, but we stay for a week, so I just can't make it through this week without being sick. Also, the room is non-smoking room, but the hallway is not. We can definitely smell Marijuana and tobacco odors in the hallway. I recommend that you change all the carpet to hardwood flooring, in my opinion. Thanks you for your time reading my opinion. I understand that short staffing is a problem for everyone, but quality should be utmost important for reputation and brand names.

  : Convenient location. Super nice staff.
  : The indoor pool area was freezing. The pillows are super flat. Breakfast was just okay; Some of it was downright gross. Constant smell of weed EVERYWHERE (not great, especially when traveling with kids). Areas were dirty and outdated. Parking lot is def sketchy. Beds were comfy but small. Our coffee maker was missing parts, rendering it totally useless.
