  : the room was clean and the location is terrific and the bed is great.
  : $20 extra for a refrigerator that didn't work. Fireplace out of order, coffee maker did not work. the view of the ocean is blocked by trees. Smoke alarm went off, call to the front desk went unanswered-30 rings! The couch must be original furniture, it is filthy maybe has fleas and uncomfortable

  : Location of the hotel was close to see
  : It was said sea view suite, Could not see the sea at all from the room.It was said a suite, Was expecting a small kitchen in room. Not even a microwave / fridge was in the room.

  : No facilities on site, all close by restaurants booked out or closed. Travelled to next town for both dinner and breakfast

  : It was a very nice location. Very easy to get to downtown.
  : The property itself is very ran down either fix the fence around the property or just take the entire fence down very dilapidated. I know it’s an old building. The rooms Themselves are OK.  the ice machine by our room was out of order and absolutely disgusting. Should’ve been thrown out about 10 years ago. I don’t understand why it’s still on the property tons of weeds everywhere. The property itself is not very well-maintained.   The blanket in the room was full of holes. The Tv remote was gross and sticky. The staff would “save” the recycling and throw it next to the garbage can so every time we left our room we had to look at trash. I picked it up twice and it continued the whole weekend.

  : Location is fine at the top of the hill from the centre and just off the main road into the town. Parking is ample and easy to access. Room is enormous as befits an older design property such as this.
  : Check in was tiresome. This after after asking for a call when a room was available as there were none when I arrived albeit around 2pm. The building is tired and some of the facility rooms are not available for use (dining room etc) due to maintenance or rebuild issues I would guess. It reminded me a little of the Shining or Bates hotels with none of the sinister repurcussions!
