Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 24 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 years old and over stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The parking entrance is located off 2nd Street.

For valet parking, turn left down the ramp.

For self-parking, drive straight up the ramp. If you choose self-parking, you may drop your bags with a valet parking attendant prior to parking your car.

The Peabody offers electric vehicle charging stations in the valet parking area.

Please note that extra beds can only be accommodated in the deluxe room types.

Please note that pets are allowed upon request. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability.

A one-time, non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the room for cleaning.

Dogs of up to 75 pounds are permitted. All pets are required to be on a leash or in a closed pet container at all times in public guest areas.

Please note that pets are not permitted to attend the March of the Peabody Ducks, a daily event that occurs in the lobby. Contact property for details.
