: Location great! Mall nearby as well as restaurants.
: I am thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it failed to deliver on multiple fronts. Despite advertising streaming services, there were none available, and to make matters worse, I couldn't even cast to the television. When I reached out to the front desk for assistance, I was met with an utterly unhelpful response, essentially saying there was nothing they could do. The staff's lack of professionalism and helpfulness was astonishing and left me feeling incredibly frustrated during my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's deposit policy seemed inconsistent and borderline discriminatory, varying based on race, which I found deeply troubling. As a physician using a major credit card, I have never experienced such treatment before. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, adding to my overall dissatisfaction.Adding to these issues, the room I booked was supposed to be on the first floor according to the description on booking.com, but it turned out to be on the second floor and at the far end of the check-in area. Despite my concerns, the staff once again offered no solutions. To make matters worse, I was jolted awake by the entire room shaking and an ungodly noise just 20 feet away(construction). Such disturbances were unacceptable and should have been communicated to guests beforehand, or better yet, that wing should not have been in use. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and accommodating stay.
