Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for US$5 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 11 years old to 17 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Holiday Isles Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note at least 1 registered guest in each room must be at least 24 years old.

Charges will be applicable to guests with more than 2 children in a room.

A surcharge of USD 25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours later than 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note no recreational drugs are allowed and parties in rooms, pool and hallways are not allowed. Failure to follow the rules police action will be required.

Please note that we allow a maximum of two pets at the property, and pets cannot exceed a maximum of 43lbs. Additional charges may apply. We can refuse service if we are not previously informed about pet details.
