  : Upon arrival, the property looks maintained and clean. The woman at the front counter when we checked in was wonderful. The size of the room was nice. Large. Would be great for a long stay type of situation.
  : When entering our room, there was a distinct smell of marijuana and possibly urine. Couldn't quite figure out til later where it was at. There had once been a stove in the room. It was removed. The food dripping on the wall remained there. The room itself was not clean. It did appear clean just from a quick glance. Had the room not smelled the way it did, we probably wouldn't have needed to look deeper into things concerning that. The shower had a major draining issue. When we brought it up to the front desk, we were told that it would need to get approved by the manager before maintancr was called. We removed the hair and other slime ourselves so that we would be able to shower, without other people's DNA joining us. There also was nomaid service offered. Clean towels delivered daily also was not an option. We had to take our dirty used towels to the front counter to recieve new ones. The curtains were filthy. Also smelled. We did remove them and put them in the bath tub with the dish soap that was offered to clean them. The room did smell better after that. The manager for the property punishes all current and future guests by not giving them daily maid/linens. The team seems to be intimidated by her and afraid to help guest without speaking to her first.

  : the man who checked us out was so polite and kind! and very helpful
  : the front desk lady was incredibly rude and passive aggressive when answering questions for no reason and was and the room was cute but filthy, sheets were soiled thank goodness we brought our own blankets the towels were dirty and we even saw a dirty footprint on one
