  : They did not honor our reservation and we were turned away in spite of having a booking confirmation. In addition, they still charged us for the room and it took 6 phone calls to get them to reverse the charge.

  : The staff was wonderful. They were polite and attentive. You could tell they were doing the best they could with what was available to them.
  : The facilities were very run down and need updating. Our mattress had stains on it. There was a mess of pigeons at the front entrance. Limited tea offering, no black tea available.

  : All that staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great time talking with all of them. Very respectful towards all guests. The public areas of the hotel were clean and well kept. Friendly other guests as well that were there. The room was a great size and fit our needs for the trip that we were there for.
  : Internal areas - room: Specifically the bathroom. It was in desperate need of repair. The bath tub was peeling. There and there was rust. There were missing molding. Where the molding was missing, the wall was crumbly. The cleaning could have been much better internally to the room. Trashcans were small and house keeping only came when requested. We had a 7 night stay. The burners on the stove were small and took forever to heat. It was ok to cook on, but not very easy. I ended up having 5 cockroaches show up in the room. I took photos of the tub and the cockroaches. I can upload if requested. If the interior of the rooms were taken as care of and cleaned as the public areas, this would be a great place to stay.
