  : They staff refreshes and replenishes your room everyday. They provide a storage for you bag at check out for free as long as you pick up same day if you need bag storage for a longer duration of time there is a charge of $10
  : The location is a little ruff it’s surrounded by Mach Anival shops and junk yards

  : Although the area seemed a little dodgy at first it was not a bad location close to a number of subway stations. Rooms were old and had seen better days but they were cleaned regularly.
  : The neighbors in the room next door to us were incredibly noisy, getting into extreme fights that made it impossible to sleep.There was no real option to get food close by after a certain hour and the hotel didn't provide a mini market. TV didn't really work so we had to listen to the neighbors fighting.

  : Relatively close to Manhattan, three different subway stops within 5-7 minutes walking distance, clean room and bed linen. However, this is where the hotel's advantages ends.
  : I don't know who gave the stars (four) to the hotel, but they obviously gave too many. Ideally, it could be a three-star hotel, but in reality, it would be a perfect two-star rated place.Why? The list goes on and on: they don't have a restaurant, a caffe, they don't serve a breakfast, they don't have a lobby, not to mention amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym etc and their staff are definitely not up to the standards of a four-star hotelThe hotel staff deserves a special mention. When we arrived to check in, the hotel manager received a call from a friend - he put him on speaker and chatted with his friend the whole time. When we handed over our documents, he indicated with a glance that the check-in process was complete and that we could go to our room.At the hotel door, we were met not by the doorman (which would be normal in a four-star hotel) but by weed-smoking hotel staff.The manager, by the way, let us choose which floor we wanted to stay on - the second floor or the top floor with Manhattan view. Of course we chose the one with the view, but the joy lasted only until we opened the curtains (see photos). To be fair, risking your life by leaning out of the window you can enjoy the view of Manhattan to the left from the distance, but we didn't think it was worth the risk.When you walk into the room, there is a feeling of space. Then you realise why - it's clearly lacking the furniture you need. A miniature wardrobe, one chair and one cupboard next to the double bed certainly don't clutter the room, but they don't add the comfort.The bathroom is tidy, but I have never found such a cheap, shampoo-like liquid packaged in plastic bags in any four-star hotel.Sound. You'll be lucky if you have quiet neighbours behind the wall. There was a man living behind the wall of our room who coughed heavily at night. My wife got up a couple of times to give me a pill, thinking it was me.

  : The room was clean, quiet.
  : No coffee maker in room, no food service. The neighborhood location was challenging as the newer hotel was build in a stark industrial neighborhood with no comfortable walking, restaurants, or bars in the immediate area. Probably not a comfortable area for walking at night for most.
