  : The bed was comfy
  : We had a couple enter our room in the evening while we were watching TV. They were given the wrong information and wrong email about there room number. When I called the next morning to tell the owners about what happened. She pretty much said I was lying. The couple we entered our room called right away about that evening and about entering our room. She spoke to some man. She also said to the owner I hope you call them and apologize. I never received anything from them. It was very embarrassing at the least. She wouldn’t even refund 1/2. I’ll never return again. Their customer service is awful. The owner also said since I booked with booking.com that there’s nothing she could do.
