  : Great location. Traci, who managed to get us into the unit when our door code didn't work. Paul who got the internet functioning again.
  : Entry instructions were confusing. The entry code did not work. One needed to use the deadbolt to keep the front door from blowing open, which was a major nuisance when moving items between our car and the unit. There was Roku for streaming, but initially no internet connection. Paul (maintenance person) had been contacted to try and get the gas fireplace going. That didn't happen because it was not connected, and he found out it was there only "to enhance appearance"; although it appeared to have been used extensively. However, Paul was able to find and reboot the router (located elsewhere in the house), which solved the lack of internet issue. There were no instructions on how to use the TV, which apparently had no cable connection but only streaming. Fortunately, I am reasonably familiar with Roku and was able to add channels (e.g. CNN); however, needing to go through that process was annoying.
