  : Location was great, good breakfast each morning, free access to hot pots was nice.
  : Spend a little of the money on comforts for the customer. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no where to put away your personal items ex: no dresser or counter space in the bathroom. No curtains and the air conditioner was duck taped into the window.

  : Breakfast is good, but wish they would throw in some sausage/bacon or other meat protein
  : Our radiator in the room busted a valve and started exploding steam in our room. The girl at the front desk called the manager and told her. The Manager said That there was no more rooms available in our price range that we already paid; and the only other rooms available were up charged and they wouldn't cover the difference and when I said I would cover the difference the manager said I would have to pay full price and I wouldn't get any credit towards the room I had already paid for. At This point the manager had instructed the front desk young lady to go take a towel and wrap it around the exploding pipe. she couldn't do it and my husband noticed how flustered she was getting and took over and did the best he could to tie a towel around the steam that wouldn't stop coming out. This was our anniversary trip and to hear this was extremely disappointing to say the least. However The staff on site were very friendly. Dave especially will go out of his way to make sure that your Experience is wonderful, he just wasnt there when this happened.
