Policies

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note:

- A security deposit of USD 100.00 is required per night for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

- Your credit card will be charged immediately by the hotel for the first night's room stay and tax. If the charge is unsuccessful, the reservation will be cancelled by the hotel.

The nightly resort fee includes:

- High speed WiFi for two devices per room per day
- All local calls
- Beach access
- Electric vehicle charging
- Shuttle to/ from Tropicana Laughlin
- Fitness room access for 2 (18YO),
- Access to IVY mobile concierge
- Over-sized vehicle and trailer parking.
