When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guests will each be charged an extra person fee per night. Maximum occupancy in a room is 4. Please note the reception hours: Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 20:00 Friday through Saturday: 7:00 am to 23:00. Guests will be fined if they smoke in a non-smoking room. The WiFi is available for a minimal cost. Please note the credit card provided for payment must be presented at check-in.
