Policies

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The name on the credit card used for the booking must match the name on the reservation and the ID presented at the property.

Please note that packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. The 1st package 5lbs and under is free. For additional package rates or information, please contact the resort at 702-261-1000

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Children stay for free, but total guests cannot exceed max occupancy of room type.

Only registered guests of the resort will be authorized to park on property. Studios and 1 bedrooms are only allowed 1 pass per room, two bedrooms are allowed only 2 passes per room.

The resort fee includes:

- Fitness room access
- Rooftop pool
- Hot tub
- Children's splash pad
- In-room coffee/tea maker
- In-room local and toll-free calls
- Business centre

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
