  : The small apt was really nice. There was a lovely back yard area with plenty of room to enjoy dinner with a grill. It had everything you needed. The parking is only one space, and we have 2 vehicles, but made it work. We just bought a home within a few blocks from there and this was a place to stay until we painted our home and set up. Someone came over the first day and peeked in the windows and was surprised to see someone looking back, we had no clue who it was. I have daughters and grands who live in the area and they came to visit, and the place had plenty of room to do that. It said it was kid friendly and I was thankful. I never did see the host, but it wasn't a problem, we received emails in regard to the lock#. Cleaning lady showed up @ 9 and couldn't speak English but we managed to convey we would be checking out @ 10. All in all a good place. I would definitely recommend to others.
  : Needed more parking, but so does everywhere here. lol. I just moved from the North and it will take me a while to get used to houses so close together and so little parking.

  : The size of the place was perfect for us, and, the fenced in back yard was great to have for extra privacy. We had a great time!! Thank you!!!
  : Although the floors looked clean, they were very dirty. Our feet turned black after getting out of the shower.

  : Shower tub sadly needs a complete update. Otherwise a modest accommodation that is very good value.

  : the room I had reserved/looked at was with the tub. our place did not have a tub and with 2 kids under 2 we were unable yo give our babies a bath in an actual tub.

  : There was nothing that we liked about this property.
  : Firstly, we were told we would be send a code to enter in on the main door to get into the apartment. What we didn't know was that we had to set up a VACASA account in order to have that emailed to us. We arrived late and spent at least a 1/2 hour on the phone with VACASA trying to use different codes they gave us (none worked), and ultimately was advised on the location of the master key to get in. The unit that we were assigned to was NOT, the unit that BOOKING.COM had posted on their site (which is how we booked it). The unit we received was different (both in bedroom arrangements and the bathroom had no tub--which we needed for bathing our child. The first night we arrived late and I attempted to take a shower. The shower handle actually came off the wall when I tried to adjust the temperature. The water only came out in a scalding hot dribble, so we were not able to bathe.There was also broken furniture (a broken chair and the ladder to a bunk bed was broken). We immediately booked another place to stay, but due to how late we arrived we were forced to stay the first night. We left first thing the next morning (we were supposed to stay for 14 days). We called Vacasa and explained what was going on and they said they would work on it. I sent photos of the unit and booking listing as well as the things wrong within the unit. Over the course of the next week and a half we continued to call Vacasa to see if they were able to communicate with the property manager to issue a refund. Every time we called we spoke with a different person and the answer was always that they had reached out, heard nothing, and would follow up and call me with updates. The day before our scheduled check out I received a text from someone at Vacasa asking when we were going to be checking out of the property so they could schedule a cleaning. I had to laugh and responded that we had left after the first night and proceeded to explain yet again.
