: I found this hotel through Booking.com, so was not sure what to expect, especially since the rate was so reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel, staff and facilities. Also a bonus to have the restaurant and bar attached, which was also a very nice, laid back atmosphere.
: The only thing that was more of a small annoyance than a dislike, was that it is very close to a busy highway so we heard the traffic in the background. But it soon became background noise.

: The staff was welcoming, helpful and courteous, especially, Chad. The location of the hotel was not in the part of Lancaster that I thought it would be in (my fault) but Chad was very helpful in giving us our bearings and pointing out different sites we could visit in the western part of Lancaster.We ended up driving more than we expected (to the Amish communities) and surrounding towns of interest.
: We first entered the hotel in the lower (ballroom?)entrance which was dark and deserted and eerie . We were directed to the front entrance which doesn't have great appeal. Again, the overall feel was dark, dated and deserted. We changed our two-night reservation to one. The room, while in need of a bright update, was very clean and comfortable. After we did get our bearings and familiarity with the area we decided to stay the second night after all. It was the attitude and helpfulness of the staff that helped us make that decision.

: The location was a little difficult to find. Then there was no signage where the entrance was.The room was ok,a bit dinghy and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also for $258 for the room I expected a complimentary breakfast

: The property was very convenient for the activity we had planned! The beds were comfortable
: The TV was small and the cable was very limited… There were also black marks on the ceiling. We stayed 2 days but did not get any maid service. No clean towels( we had to ask for them) and beds not made and garbage not emptied. For the price those accommodations should be included
