: It has a good rate and good staff. The location is a plus to reach I-4 West to Tampa and I-4 East to Orlando and a lot to stores and restaurants. The management is very accesible to the guests.
: I had a three changes of rooms due a leakage of water from the ceiling; two problems with the temperature in the bathroom. The rate included breakfast that I never tasted because they inform two days later that the restaurant was closed for improvements. Guess what! Two days before, they celebrate the opening of the restaurant for dinner. I spent about $30.00 in breakfast for two in Ihop every day. Too much noise in the halls when we are trying to rest.

: Had elevator by my room but no exit to outside, still had to go out through lobby. And stairs to outside on opposite side of my floor.

: I booked a quadruple room and got a standard room. The staff was rude and completely unpleasant!! I asked for an early check in and the staff told me "we don't do that" when I arrived. When I asked if I could use the pool while I wait, they said "I don't give a shit" will not be coming back or recommending!!
