  : The manager was so bad Tricie or Tracy. She threatened to cancel my reservation. She was yelling at me. She refused to put our rooms near each other. She was horrible. We tried to get hilton to move our rooms to a different location. They would not. We suffered through on different halls and floors. She was horrible and should be fired. I liked nothing
