When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs USD 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The resort fee includes:

- Hourly transportation to all 4 theme parks (reservations required)
- Coffee in the lobby (07:00-11:30)
- Afternoon cookies and lemonade in the lobby
- 2 bottles of water per day
- Local and 800-number calls
- Refrigerators and microwaves in every guestroom
- 2 drinks valid for cocktail, house wine or beer
- Computer and printing access
- 24-hour access to the fitness center

Please note Breakfast Included rate includes breakfast for 2 adults. Additional charges apply for further guests.

The Kids Eat Free offer is available for kids 11 and under and is limited to up to four (4) children per dining family, per meal OR up to two (2) children per parent/adult, per meal. Additional terms and conditions apply.

Our pool will be closed for upgrades and maintenance from January 3 - 24, 2023. We appreciate your understanding. Please contact our front desk for more information.

For stays of less than two nights there will be no housekeeping service provided. We will provide full cleaning on the third day of your stay and each day after until checkout.

Contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities, we will be happy to deliver them to your room.
