  : The place was very nice and comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained.
  : the biggest dislike was the ant problem. they were all over the kitchen, and we did notice ant traps were out, so it does look like there was an attempt made to remedy that. Also, it would be nice if you could come and go from the back door as well since it does face the parking area.

  : the condo C110 was infested with ants and other bugs. The washer didn’t cycle correctly and the toilet ran all night. It was a struggle to deal with it all.

  : Love the condo, it’s could use a little bit cleaning ( base boards) some hooks to hang up the swim suits. One of the chairs has seen better days ( club stairs) the staff at the reception was not able to give us the wrist bands

  : map of condo complex would have been great to receive prior to check in, Lighting in the parking lot and buildings is subpar at best. Arriving after dark, it was hard to locate the condo with no lighting or directions.

  : The taxes and fees were al.ost as much as the cost of the room. Too much to stay there. Will be finding a more direct way of booking stays in the future

  : I made my own breakfast and it was good. The problem is the location. 15 minute walk to grocery store and no one to give you suggestions or directions.Extra services???? No, Extra fees, yes I did pay them unfortunately
  : No staff, I mean no staff, no security, no front desk, no room service, no life guard, and not even a tour desk. After paying total $$$ up front you deal via email to get key code which at night is not easy to get into room using ambient outdoor hall lighting. At night you could be mugged in these hallways trying to get the entry combo correct to get into the room. Your room is 6 feet from the parking lot. Vehicles starting, stopping, unloading, and general parking lot discussions are all yours for not a fee. The TV's in both of the bedrooms did not work, the toaster did not work, and swimming pool area was trashed by 4 pm. There is a cleaning fee, an apartment fee, a tax, a tourism fee, a property service fee, and a city tax. This property is on the main road going through lahaina and another 2 lane road 3 blocks from the water. IT'S A MOTEL WITHOUT ANYONE WORKING AROUND! Hazard! And I am not making this up. You could die at the pool, parking lot, or hallway and not be found until morning....I never saw any staff except for some landscapers during the day and the garbage truck....which drives right past your room early in the morning.

  : check in process took a lot of time and we did not get an email for code to enter the door. we checked the junk mail and saw no email from you either. we called the Vacasa agent and took 20min to get the code that unlocked the door. it was a hassle.
