  : I've stayed here several times over The years and never seen it so disheveled. Very poor care.The room we had was oceanfront but multiple issues, it was dirty and falling apart smoke detector hanging off cielung. The sliding door came apart where the track was just hanging. The bathroom shelf fell, vanity in bathroom leaning to one side so any items on it slid off. No side table or chair in the room, bugs in the bathroom and under the fridge, no hot water 2 days in a row, then very little water pressure when it worked and we were told to take our showers in the morning to avoid overusing the water during peak times . Lights went out on the ceiling track and kept flickering. Oh and the staff throws thier dirty linens from the upper floors over the railing making a loud noise every morning, one morning they almost landed on my kid as we were leaving the room. Staff just piles up the items right in front of our room everyday. In the afternoon times the staff piles up other room trashes in front of our door as well since they have a utility closet next to our door they also left it open each day blocking our door so we had to keep closing it to access our room. Vaccums and random.clraning products left on the ground in walkimg path. At one point I even spoke with a staff member and they told.me the room we were placed in was not supposed to be used until it was properly fixed. BTW, I did attempt to contact the manager 4 times. Nobody ever called me back and when I kept returning to the front office the employees just apologized but said they don't have any control on moving me rooms or discounting for such awful circumstances. All of these issues cost me over $2,200 to stay at what is basically a Motel 6 now beach front. The dissapointed family and exhausted interruptions just ruined our time. Shame on the property for allowing this to go on and never making our stay better, we visit every year since 2009 and you seem to care less about customer loyalty.
