: The location.
: The room, the shower, wast work, the bugs, spider, flys, and worms were inside the room. The kids freak out. We spent the night without sleeping.The coach wasn't clean. There were stains, and the floor was not clean. When I wipe it using paper towels, it's clear mud. I recorded everything.

: Our accommodation was v clean and ideal for a family group of 4 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the outdoor pool.
: When I booked this accommodation it had looked excellent with all the amenities open for kids to enjoy. Arcade, indoor swimming pool etc However, v close to our arrival date I was informed that the indoor pool along with hot tub was being renovated and therefore closed. I felt it was too late to cancel and find alternative accommodation . There was no reduction in the price offered for lack of amenities originally on offer. The changing area for the outdoor pool was the toilets (restrooms) which didn’t appear to be cleaned on a regular basis, something I would expect of a property charging quite a lot of money to stay.The steps to our property after rain became very slippery and one of our party fell heavily on vacating the accomodation . Thankfully nothing broken but badly bruised. However, I think some non slip material should be placed on the wooden steps as this is clearly a health and safety issue.
