  : The location of the property was perfect. We went to Disney World everyday and it was only a 15 minute drive away. We also had restaurants; supermarkets; petrol stations; everything we needed on our doorstep. The complex itself was very friendly and perfect for our young children. The pool was just a minute walk from our villa and always had a friendly; fun atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the Villas at Seven Dwarf Lane Resort to others and I would like to stay there again with my own family on future trips to Orlando.
  : Unfortunately we had a few issues. There was an occasional leak from a water tank in the cupboard next to the washing machine, directly outside our bedroom. I think it was something to do with the air conditioning unit. It leaked quite heavily, so much so that the cupboard floor would fill with water and eventually spill out onto the carpet. I tried my best to soak it up with towels but it was useless, there was too much water. The noise it caused when it started to leak was very loud through the night and would wake our baby who was sleeping in our room. Also, the kitchen sink was continuously blocking. Everyday I had to stick my hand down the sink in an attempt to unblock it—this wasn't pleasant. It meant that we struggled to wash dishes in a sink that would never drain. On one occasion the broadband stopped working. This was very frustrating as my wife and I had plans that evening. Unfortunately we didn't feel safe leaving my mother with the children when she had no way of communicating with us. We ended up cancelling our plans and staying in. We had to repeat this action the following night too. On the third night my mother decided to buy mobile data so that she could contact us, should anything go wrong, and my wife and I eventually got our night out together. We reported the problem to the host on the second day and they were able to fix the issue the following evening. I understand that there was an outage and therefore it isn't anyone's fault; however, the situation was still very costly. It cost my mother financially and cost my wife and I two nights of our holiday that we won't ever get back. The only communication I had with the host was via email and the messenger service on booking.com. I felt that they came across quite abrupt and often rude. I understand that text isn't the best form of communication and perhaps I was just misreading the tone; however, I think its something the host should consider going forward.

  : Condo was ok overall nothing fancy but good. Washer dryer worked well. Large space. Pool/bar area very nice, basic but great. Grounds are ok not too fancy again but nice and safe. Lake with gators was nice.
  : Very warm in the upstairs, A/C cannot keep upstairs cool enough. Condo had quite a bit of wear and tear on it. was clean but but definitely a bit worn.

  : Everything was nice the area is surrounded by shops and parks and Everything is easy to get to and this is our 2nd time staying here it has great amenities for everyone.
  : There are a few minor issues with the room the closet door in the master bedroom was broke and there are some marks on the walls and the coffee table laminate had a small piece off other than that it was a great stay

  : Twin beds were really hard and in the other room twin beds would sink to the floor and couches should be cleaned they were very stained

  : We’ve ALWAYS loved this property! This is our third or fourth visit and all of our stays were at this location, for the last 17 years! Very pleased and comfortable here!

  : The nasty unit my family and I were placed in worn down furniture very small tv killing roaches everyday they were super bad in the kitchen refrigerator needs thrown out dirty rusted and scum inside roach traps everywhere bed were hard and loud so uncomfortable no curtains so it was always bright inside whirlpool in bathroom didnt work will never come back

  : The location and amenities of this property are great! We loved the fact that it is a gated community, insuring the safety of its residents. It is family friendly, and the pool and splash area are a great asset!
  : The place was tidy, but no necessarily clean. The carpet definitely needs deep cleaning as well as the woodwork. Also, two of the 4 gas burners didn’t work.
