  : Too much to mention, the house was filthy especially the kitchen. Oven was a fire and health hazard. We went for Christmas, the oven smoked so bad because it was absolutely disgusting with caked on grease we had to evacuate the house and throw away our whole Christmas dinner $242 wasted. We ended up having crumpets for Christmas dinner. I waited 2 years to spend Christmas with my family and grandson. Completely Ruined! Thank God we had another villa lined up to move to on boxing day.

  : The location was great. It was 2mins from a Walmart and several of Kissimmee's attractions/shops. It was also only 20mins from International drive with all it's parks and attractions. It is also close to all the main trunk roads making it easy to travel all over Florida. The villa was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. There was a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was excellent and cleaned while we were there. The boys enjoyed the games room during the afternoon rain showers. The lounge was very comfortable, I really enjoyed flopping into the arm chair after a long day walking around the parks. The aircon is excellent and was much needed being July.

  : Location of property was good, but the loud music from near by neighbors that lasted well into after 12 midnight was a bit of a bother, and the house smelled to animal.
  : Loud music from nearby neighbors, and ceiling fans very very dirty and we had to clean due to children with asthma, and many of the kitchen pots and dishes very dirty, Instruction for pool cover should be updated in the handbook, due to the fact you can not even touch the cover with it not falling apart in your hands. AC Filter was grossly dirty and filled with animal hair

  : Location is convenient to get to various places around the area.
  : The house is completely misrepresented and made our stay there completely miserable. 1) The pool was unusable, with icy cold water. The pool heater was not working; the management company kept telling us that it takes time for the pool to warm up. Well, on the last day of our vacation (day 11), the pool company finally showed up saying that the pool heater has been broken the entire time and needs a replacement. 2) The pool area was SO dirty when we arrived! We requested to pressure wash it with bleach but it didn't help much. 3) The house was infested with bugs and lizards. We found lizards' feces throughout the apartment (as once again confirmed by the cleaning lady) and there were bugs/ants routinely present in our kitchen. We had to fight them all the time as we prepared food. In addition, there are cockroaches in the bathroom. 4) There was a broken window in the kids' bedroom, which was fixed the next day after we reported it, but still prevented our children from spending time there 5) The dishwasher barely cleans, you have to go through the cleaning multiple times 6) Half of the lamps in the house do not work, though this was probably the least of our problems

  : House was very clean.
  : Previous renters had lots of garbage in recycle bin outside and garbage truck did not pick up blue bin, which left us with lots of flies in front of property.

  : When I arrived the house had not been cleaned from previous quest. When w contacted Michael; he immediately called housekeeping and with the hour our place was in order clean. He agreed to compensate for my inconvenience for a free night stay to be credited back to my account.
