: Great location and a big place to fit a large family.
: The property wrongly charged us for damages of about $350 a week after we checked out. After back and forth, they agreed few damages were present even before we checked in (duh!!). But the whole process was very frustrating, time consuming and booking.com did not help either.

: Great location. Close to Disney and just off 192 allowed for easy access to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Gated community made it feel safe and I always saw security around as well as staff working. Only two lights away from the Disney World exit made getting there a breeze. Tons of restaurants nearby as well as a Walmart. A great alternative to the outrageously high prices of the Disney resorts without having to travel through Orlando traffic to get to Disney.
: Shower water could have been warmer but it was tolerable. Also extra toilet paper and kitchen trash bags would have been nice.
