: We loved that the house was very spacious. It was definitely big enough to comfortably accommodate our party of 24.
: I was under the impression that the property owner was communicating well. I even complimented how well we were communicating. I was asked to submit a list of every member in my party. That list was supposed to be how we enter the community through the main gate. However, when I arrived the guard asked me for my reservation. He said that every car had to have it to enter the community. The guard also stated, they did not have the list of names I submitted. So as you can imagine. Our large party had a difficult time getting in. The biggest issue was the service. We had a difficult time using our phones in the area and once we got into the house, there was no WiFi. It took me all night to get a signal to send a message to the property manager. The next morning they sent a gentleman out to check on the WiFi. He concluded that it wasn’t the house but the service. He assured us that they were working on it and someone would notify us once when it was fixed. I’m sad to say, we never heard from anyone and the WiFi was not restored. The other issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t well stocked with bowls or other kitchen essentials. The kitchen had the bare minimum. No real bowls to actually mix things in and the utensils were very cheap(sorry that’s the only word that fits). The utensils in the kitchen were so bad, we just went out and brought our own knives, bowls...etc.

: We were at property for 4 days without Wi-Fi and Tv in none of the rooms, i had to call 3 times for maintenance to come and check what was wrong, they came on the 3rd day But never fixed the problem
