  : It find difficult to relax in a place like this because of the excessive rules and penalties associated with such a place. Unfortunately, these excessive rules are not disclosed to the consumers until they paid their booking fees and until then, it is almost impossible to get your full refund, and especially if it was booked less than 30 days. The booking process was painful since you would be treated as though you are a criminal by uploading several pictures of your credit card and driver license after you paid your money via booking.com. I understand about preventing fraudulent activities and the Covid 19 situation, but this is excessive and unecessary. So another words, there would be two steps confirmation, one from booking.com and the other one from the management company. Then, they would send their rules and excessive fees associated from with washing towers to not putting out the garbache in the proper bin. Also, some of the rules are contradictory. For example, if you make a service call for an appliance or item that appears to be defective, they will charge a fee if the appliance or item is not defective. However, they also expect you to call them and to report anything that appears to be defective upon your arrival and if you don't, they will assume that you have caused the problem and there is of course a fee associated with that. This is the best rule of all, they gave themselves the right to come in and inspect the property without your permission or notification at any time during your stay. Can you imagine sleeping in your bed at night and a stranger open your door to inspect. If you are like me, you would do something to defend and to protect yourself. Other than that, the property was clean and pleasant, but the excessive rules made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay there.
