  : The pool was clean only the first day of our stay, I didn't understand why they turn off the motor of the pool, when I call the office to ask, Nathalia avoid to answer, then I ask for someone to clean the pool, Nathalia said they only can send someone to turn on the motor, and for that simple thing I have to call three times,they took forever to get there, our last day over there was terrible, our kids were so bored without the pool all day.

  : Heres the list...Walls and carpet are stained/dirtyClubhouse wasnt located on the premise to receive parking permits (no address stating location).Security has to let all guest through the gates of the property. You press a call button (hope they pick up) you must show them the parking permit paper via video cam for access. Due to the extreme wait time for access guest began to gain access through the exiting gate. Due to the lack of access, the exiting gate is now in need of repairs. Multiple door codes work on the units front door. While rushing back into grab my watch I entered a random number and it allowed me to access the home. On my way back out I then entered the same number and it for sure worked. (This was not the code that had been emailed to me) Per unit agreement there is a quiet time in place at 10pm. Multiple units around had loud music blaring well past that time. The units pool area had poor lighting.
