  : The location was great. I really liked the parking at this particular home. The home was nice but really needs an update, painting, carpeting. We were without a/c for 2 days and not happy about that. Management was very good about sending technician to repair. Pool was fabulous! I will rent this particular home again.
  : The home needs repainting and new carpeting. There were lots of patch jobs around the shower in the master bath. Mattress in master needs replacing. Really low flow toilets made it difficult to flush.

  : This rental property was a disaster! From the black mold in the master bathroom and downstairs bathroom to the disgusting carpet throughout the home. This rental property should not be listed until the vacation management company can rectify the serious issues with the mold and upkeep of this property. The black mold that is visible can cause serious harm to someone with underlying health issues and for my family this was one of our biggest concerns as 3 of our children are asthmatic. Others reviews stated that they also had these same issues with no luck from property management.We reached out to property management as well and the only thing that was stated to us was that someone would come and clean the bathrooms. When asked if a mold specialist would be coming out and were told that's what the cleaners are for. Clearly that is a issue especially if this is the so called cleaning company who left a note on the kitchen counter stating that the house was cleaned and disinfected.Once we arrived to the home we noticed a old and mildew smell a long with a lot of chipped paint falling off the walls and patched up work on the walls. The couches in the living room were even worse and looked beyond filthy. I wouldn't even allow my worse enemy to sit on that couch. My husband and I had to go out to the nearest Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. As we tried to clean the property to make it atleast liveable for the night we started to notice the bedrooms were not making it any better. Once we took the sheets and comforters off the beds we noticed very visible nasty and disgusting stains on the mattress covers as well as the mattress. We then had to go back out to purchase mattress covers, sheets and comforters. The bed in the master sweet was broken and falling apart. There was also dead bugs behind the bed and a mountain of dust. Clearly this property has been neglected and the bogus clean and disinfected note on the counter was a slap in the face.

  : Ice machine didn’t work . Never received grill nor pool heat on as per requested. Outlet was exposed . Pool was cold whole weekend . Ruined birthday weekend . Door code worked on 3 separate houses bags were locked in house for 2 days

  : I liked absolutely nothing about this property.
  : The operations, customer service, the house itself, we didn’t like nothing about our experience & didn’t even stay on the property after seeing how dirty it was & realizing that the customer service guy Luiz, Luiz rather had us clean up a house we didn’t mess up than to call for services. He said we can sleep on these dirty sheets that he’ll send someone out the next day. only when I got out of character he was willing to send someone out. they came out & only changed one bedding, just forgot how the rest of the house was nasty.

  : They over charged my account $500.00 and i cant anyone to respond back regrading my STOLEN money. We had a problem with Roaches in the Kitchen. The 24 hour customer service is a stretch they have 24 email messaging system that doesn't respond for 24hours. We stayed for 5 days and it just wasn't worth the headache they gave me the wrong gate code, they only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 bed 3 bath unit. The dryer didn't work (23hrs after i reported it they finally responded) I waited an entire day and neither the maintenance guy or exterminator never showed. ended up at the local laundry mat

  : The house was very spacious and suited my family of 5 perfectly. The location was close to restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores and etc which was perfect.
  : There were a few housing querks that need to be worked on.

  : What I didn’t like is how out of 4 bedrooms 3 of the lien on the beds were dirty crumbs in one with stained sheets hair in another with stained blanket and sheets. 2 bugs were crawling in the bed as well and 3 were crawling up the wall .. toilet would hardly flush and thank god we brought our own towels and wash clothes they had some but no wash clothes n those had stains on them as well I was Soo upset I reached out the ppl who emailed me and asked how my trip was going only for them to tell me to contact property management I did Soo and sent the pics and videos nobody ever got back to me they were very unprofessional and it was not good customer service because I spent over 500$ on the property to rent and this was what I had to deal with which inside of the bio link it says the house n property is sanitized which was a lie
