  : They have every utensil you can need in the kitchen. The pool is nice.
  : To begin with..as soon as you walked in the door. The house smelled like cigarettes. Some plates were dirty. Towel was broken. Mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. There was a bubblegum on my head board. To contact the people here is a complete nightmare. They over charged me and took for ever to refund me. They took out 50 dlls out of my security deposit because something happened to the comforter according to them (they sent me a picture that shows absolutely nothing as evidence) and when I told them about the dirtyness and showed my evidence they said..."well you should have said something earlier". Never doing business here again.

  : The property was good besides the house I stayed in very poor management!!
  : The management was very unprofessional. Didn’t call but came without any notice. The first day I checked in the door was opened because the key pad wasn’t working, the maintenance came and replaced the batteries. The ice maker/water maker went out the same night right along with the sink clogging up . I called management to inform them about all the things that was goin on in the home and was told that I had to be present until maintenance arrived. (Next day stay)The whole entire day went by no maintenance. I was told to send pictures of all the damages that I did and to go out and purchase ice and water (which I did)Some of the room door handles were missing. Causing my kids to get locked inside the rooms. The walls were very dirty and full with marks. The blinds were broken in the kitchen area entrance way to the pool.That very next morning the property management came(without notice)to pick up things that she says the previous resident left.? I asked her was she coming for the maintenance jobs she told me that she wasn’t aware of any. She also told me that she will be contacting maintenance but still a no show. Me and my family waisted a whole entire day of our vacation waiting on maintenance. The last day of the stay maintenance finally arrived.(with management). They came and pitched up the ice/water maker and left. Stating that the refrigerator need a filter but they need to order it lol. We left out to enjoy the rest of the property to come back to the house were the master bathroom ceiling was leaking water full of mold and a smell. I’m very disappointed and fill like I waisted my money and a vacation. I also asked if I would be compensated for this the management told me she’ll call me when the updates never did. I will never book with this property again!!!

  : The area was nice and close to everything.
  : Advertised as handicap accessible and it wasn't. Write up on your site said safety rails in bathroom and there were none, steps at front door so couldn't get wheelchair in front. Bed was too high for wheelchair user and they would not lower it. She slept in her wheelchair for a week. The entire description on your site was false as it relates to handicap accessible. We got no consideration from the people handling the property.

  : It was close to Disney.
  : Lots of problems on arrival. Master bath didn't drain. It rained and had a leak up stairs and down. Walls were marked up and no blow dryer, safe and other things listed in the amenities weren't available. Wrong pass code for gym and pool area. Spread on master bed had stain. The people that I talked to about everything were good at getting back with me and came to fix the tub but would not give me an answer to how they were going to compensate me and as of now they have not! I would not recommend staying here. They wanted me to send pictures the whole time instead of enjoying my vacation.

  : The Microwave didn't work, No skillets or wash cloths. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest . The pool had googles and debri left in it, but they want to charge for EVEYTHING !!! REALLY OH YEAH TWO. FULL BEDROOMS WITH NO T.V( DISAPPOINTING)... ICE MAKER WASNT WORKING PROPERLY EITHER, BUT MADE THE BEST OF A MUCH NEEDED VACATION....

  : Microwave was broke and they did not have a replacement to use so meals took much longer plus additional dishes to clean.
