Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
People no matter the age stay for US$10 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Cozy Home by Rentyl with Private Pool and Water Park Access - 471N in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Luxury Residential Resorts will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Pool heat is available for an additional charge upon request.
