: The house itself was beautiful the decor
: The dishwasher didn't work. The fan in the master bedroom was not functioning properly. Carpet look very worn down ( lots of stain)

: I like that this property was in a good area!
: When I arrived I expected it to be much better than it was. First off, I paid too much of my hard working money to not have a thorough cleaned house! The carpet was stained everywhere! The rug downstairs had cookie crumbs and whatever else on it!!!! The comforter had blood stains on it as if someone had sexual intercourse and wiped it in the blue comforter, then I found hair all on my pillowcase which isn’t very sanitary! I hate the fact that I came on vacation to a house so beautiful and nasty looking! Yes I did call the staff but after I called my family came to me with more complaints and my phone didn’t have service. We ended up washing all of our sheets on every bed at the house immediately because I don’t trust that the person who cleaned the house did a good job!
