  : Location was the only good thing about this place. Right off 192 and Walmart is a street over.
  : This house was absolutely disgusting. There was puke all over the couch, animal pee stains everywhere even though you pay extra for the company to have them shampooed, the floors were sticky, the house smelled like human pee, bathrooms had human pee all over the showers and toilets, full dirty dishes were put away, the outside furniture was broke and rusted that the chairs lean sideway (sit in it and a liability for the company) and there was no pots and pans. The hot tub didn't work after they wanted to charge me and extra fee to heat a HOT TUB. The gentlemen that came to fix the hot tub said oh someone will be here to fix it tomorrow and no one ever showed! I had to go and purchase $300+ worth of cleaning supplies and spend my first night cleaning everything down to the comforters and bed sheets. I am now working with my lawyer to recover the fees. The company would answer but no one wanted to resolve the problems. It was just a run around and an oh I'm sorry. I had a large party that couldn't even bring anything in or sit down so they had to go else where for the time being. The company didn't care at all. It took them 4 hours to even respond with the cleaning company wont be coming back tonight. So what was my family supposed to do? I will never rent from this company again. If your looking for comfort this place isn't it. The beds feel like a cement brick. I'm sure a jail cell bed is more comfortable than those. Don't even bother to lift the mattresses. You'll find all kinds of goodies including pills and left over items from someone's romantic night. DISGUSTING!
