  : As always the check-in experience was simple and we had no issues. We enjoyed the space and the large patio. Location is perfect and close to nearby shopping/dining. New bedding compared to last stay here was much better and more comfortable.
  : After my 3rd stay with a Columbia Managed unit I’ll be either looking elsewhere or staying at a unit not managed by them. The living room, comfortable yes, but the layout was impractical. You had no space to pass thru from living room to dining room. Lamp was placed on a table but not plugged in so it was pointless. Hot tub wasn’t cleaned the entire stay. When I reached out I was told a chemical they put in lasts over a week but clearly with mold around spa, green water, and odor states otherwise. So wasn’t able to use this last two days of our trip. The unit is very warm with no ceiling fans and AC won’t go below 70. There are a lack of overhead lights like in living room/dining room. Lastly, we had maintenance issues and I reported this on day 2 and someone apparently came but no issues were resolved the entire stay(clogged drain and shower door off track).Not necessarily the managements fault but the pool in the facilities was never heated much like our last stay. It was very cold. Not sure if these feature has been turned off or what.

  : we found a cockroach in the kitchen floor. we also found and long hair in the bed so we don’t even know if the bed has been cleaned. the couches and the chairs looks like has been pee’d in, it looks filthy. it has bbq & jacuzzi but I have to pay $100 and $65+ to use it. it’s bait and switch.

  : it was beautiful, comfortable and in a great location
  : the toaster does not work properly, the dryer does not shut off unless you open the door, the bbq was out of service, the hot tub had no stairs, and someone kept parking in our assigned parking space. also very loud in two bedrooms as it faces the highway

  : The property was very unclean seemed like nothing was cleaned. Utensils weren't clean or enough. Bathroom shampoo,conditioners, and soap were missing.

  : Here are the good things: Plenty of room in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedroom furniture was nice with a good amount of drawers so everyone could unpack. Nice closets with hangers. Each bedroom had an attached bath with a shower. There was even a shower in the unattached bath. The location is so great. Very close to Disney, Universal, shopping, and restaurants. The pool was outstanding.
  : Here are my negatives: There were a lot of little things that could have made our stay great. The place didn't seem that clean when we arrived. Owners were very stingy on towels and toilet paper. There were lots of things that were broken (living room coffee table) and the awning was out on the patio and we couldn't figure out how to close it (there was a sign that said it needed to be closed when raining). I ended up calling the office and they did send someone out to fix it (after informing me that we would be liable if it was broken). Ended up that there was a remote that was supposed to be hung on the wall that was found somewhere in the condo. The maintenance people moved the grill looking for this remote and I got a bunch of emails asking if we had moved the grill (with pictures even). The kitchen had pots and pans, but no baking sheet, spatula, or string spoons. There wasn't a kitchen towel to use or potholders. We never did see a towel at the pool. When I called I was told that they were refilled every day. Nope.
