Disappointing

: Plenty of space and good size for a family.
: Poor communication.For Example: No clear address and when we got there we couldn’t get past the main gates. Eventually got in and host told us the gates were always open. The gates are always shut. Had to get code from other people as hosts couldn’t help. The TVs did not work, downstairs bedroom one was damaged and the pictures on all channels were frozen. We booked in on a Thursday. Told them the TVs didn’t work. On SATURDAY a person came out for less than 5min, said he couldn’t fix it. I was reassured that it would be fixed on Monday the day we left. I tried to explain that this wasn’t helping us. They then said but they would fix it on Monday and were doing their best, I had to explain again that this wasn’t helping us as we will have left. The coffee machine has no filters. Only found out after I bought coffee. They also stopped the door passcode at 9.30 when checkout was at 10.00. I was removing all of our cases from the property and kids were inside, the door locked and wouldn’t let me back in to my kids. Luckily my 5yr old opened the door.If they are going to fine people for leaving after 10.00, why do they think it’s okay to lock you out at 9.30? It was very dusty, bathroom cabinets hadn’t been washed in a while, coffee machine was covered in old coffee anyway. Overall the hosts are happy to take the money, don’t offer any money back for not supplying what was advertised, we were having a few chilled out days and wanted TV to relax after a couple of busy weeks in the theme parks.The sofa is terrible, the cushions just slide off. It should have been to the standard advertised.
