: It was very comfy and the pool was great it was a gated community. The owner was very nice made sure we were fine at all times.
: The cleaning service should be changed as the bathroom showers were not so clean nor the carpet.

: LOCATION AMAZING BUT CLEANLINESS WAS AWFUL. AC UNIT UPSTAIRS NOT WORKING BUT MAINTENANCE WAS CALLED AND CAME OUT ABOUT 45 MIN TO AN HOUR LATER AND FIXED THE ISSUE. TRASH WAS LEFT AT PROPERTY AT THE FRONT DOOR LEAVING A DISTURBING ODOR AND FLIES AT THE ENTRANCE. I BROUGHT MY OWN LINEN, SHEETS WERE DIRTY WITH STAINS. THERE WERE NO FITTED SHEETS JUST SHEET AND COMFORTER. THEY DID MENTION SHORT SUPPLY ON WASH CLOTHS BUT I WAS PREPARED. THERE WERE PLENTY OF TOWELS AVAIL FOR BATHING AND POOL BUT POOL TOWELS WERE FOLDED DAMP AND HAD AN ODOR HAD TO REWASH. VAPE PENS WERE LEFT IN ONE OF UPSTAIRS ROOM WITH DBL BEDS IN THEM UNDER THE BED AND ON THE DRESSER. THANKFULLY I FOUND IT BEFORE ANY OF THE KIDS. I WAS EXPECTING A WALK THROUGH TO DO A CHECKLIST OF ANY DAMAGES OF THE PROPERTY WITH MANAGEMENT LIKE MOST PROPERTIES BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THE EASE OF BEING ABLE TO GET IN THE HOUSE WAS CONCERNING FOR ME. PART OF MY FAMILY TRAVELED AHEAD WAS ABLE TO GET IN BC OF THE CLEANING LADY LETTING THEM IN WITH NO QUESTION/REQUEST FOR ID, THANKFULLY IT WAS MY FAMILY AND NO ONE ELSE. THERE IS NO CLUBHOUSE/ON SITE MANAGEMENT. THE GUARD THAT SUPPOSE TO SIT IN THE SHED IS NEVER THERE AND THE GATE ALWAYS OPEN. PROPERTY MANAGER DOES NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY ONLY THRU 3RD PARTY IN WHICH YOU BOOKED. THE FURNITURE WAS BADLY STAINED AND CHAIRS IN GAME ROOM WERE BROKEN ALONG WITH DOOR HANDLE ON UPSTAIRS BEDROOM. ASIDE FROM THE HOUSE NOT BEING CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL THEY DID PROVIDE DISHES FOR COOKING THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE WERE THERE TO CELEBRATE MY SON'S 5TH BIRTHDAY. WE COOKED OUT WITH THE GRILL THE PROPERTY PROVIDED AND PROPANE TANK WHICH WAS ALSO HELPFUL ND CONVENIENT. THE EXPERIENCE COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT BETTER IF ALL THE AMENITIES WHERE AVAILABLE AS THE WEBSITE STATED AND THE PROPERTY WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED AS IT SHOULD. HOPEFULLY THEY TAKE THIS REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE CLEANING STAFF.
