  : The location to the downtown area was great. Also, lots of choices of food near by, including the river view.
  : They were things about my particular room that were unsatisfactory. Room smell, insects and bed comfort. Things that can be improved with some serious interest to do so.

  : Sofa was very dirty. Bed was basic and comfortable. Staff was rude and not welcoming. When we were taking breakfast did not inform and turned off all light in breakfast area. We were still eating that time there. In breakfast nothing was there.

  : Hole in sink, no water pressure in shower, door handle broken. Just not good. Breakfast only cereal & danish. Pictures made it look nice.sorry I booked it

  : Breakfast sucked, no water pressure, the beds were old and lumpy fold out couch mattress was thin and you could feel every bar on it worst night sleep ever.

  : I liked the value of the hotel. The pool was great, clean and enjoyable. Check in and out was fast and easy. Room was clean and the air conditioning for the room got real cold and stayed cold which was fantastic.
  : If you wanted extra anything you had to pay an outstanding fee which to me is not that great. Had only one pillow on beds and if you wanted more pillows it would have been a $10 fee for one pillow. A lot of people were leaving there door open and blasting music at 10 pm.

  : Good location.
  : Level of cleanliness was concerning. Hairs were on both pillows, in the sheets, and on the toilet seat. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Counters had not been wiped down. Noisy throughout night, couldn't sleep. No hot breakfast provided, extremely limited options that did not look sanitary or fresh. No coffee. I know I could've asked the attendant at the front desk for coffee, but she seemed preoccupied and I didn't want to have to wait for coffee to be brewed. The floor of the dining area was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time.

  : The room wasn't the cleanest. the carpet felt wet, sheets were not the whitest although clean. Bathroom not very clean.
