  : Convenient for what we needed it for because we were moving to the area and waiting on things to get finalized . We ended up staying a lot longer than we booked but when I went to book longer they gave us a rate that beat the booking.com price , which I thought was awesome. Also liked the fact that they didn’t charge extra for our fur babies.
  : There were people right outside our room smoking , which I don’t are what people do but just wish they would have done it in the designated area away from the building. We did say something to one of the employees and they said they would say something but then it was different group that was doing it so not their fault and we know they cannot watch everyone .

  : AC worked great. Good location. Desk staff was very friendly.
  : Room wasn’t clean at all, entire floor was sticky, dead bugs laying around everywhere, fingernail stuck behind mirror, bed was very uncomfortable. Linens were all stained, bathtub in very poor condition and needs to be replaced. Cigarette burns on everything in the room even tho it was supposed to be non smoking. Microwave did not work.

  : Clean and I usually stay here and have for years multiple times a year and this is the first time I had any complaints
  : We asked the front desk to not allow anyone in our room during our stay. We have medical issues and had to leave things in there that we really did not want to be messed with. They said they did not have a sign for the door to keep people out, but they would let the staff know and still every single day someone was in our room. About the middle of our stay, a man had to come because our key was not working and he claimed that people were having trouble with the doors but refused to come in and work on it while I was dressed in the bathroom doing my hair even if I shut the door. We were packing up to leave early in the morning the last day with no knock. Our car sitting in front of our door as most people had already left. I had packed up all our bags, left them by the door and only had out what I wanted to take a shower with. I completely got undressed and was completely naked and the door came flying open. I had the little safety latch on the door, but it’s still opened a good bit and he saw me and instead of closing the door he proceeded to talk to me as I ran for the bathroom, but you could still see what the door cracked me standing at the bathroom door. he yelled I was just coming to check on your door to see if it was working and kept trying to say sorry I understand accidents happen but there were multiple things that could’ve been done like shut the door if you got to that point since he didn’t knock, seen the curtains pull, and the car out front. I was very traumatized by this and my husband went to the front desk as we were checking out and told them what happened and they said they were going to call management, but I did not hear back from anyone nor did anyone try to make things right as I am scarred! I shook halfway home, which was hours away
