  : We did not get a breakfast. I did like the location, easy to get to. The condo was clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Liked the door code entry instead of using a key.
  : I wish we would have had a heads up on the parking lot resurfacing. Parking was a nightmare, nothing close to the condo location! Had to walk through the newly laid asphalt. Needed to be back at the condo by early evening or forget finding parking. Came in late the first night and had to park in a no parking zone and feared all night that my rental car would be towed. Also, the sign for the building describing the unit numbers was not visible due to parking resurfacing and trees, so had to walk building to building to find the unit. Maybe a unit map should have been included in the instructions.

  : Price was a bit high. $2100 for 1 weeks is little more than hotels Ive stayed in the past. I’ve been going to Maui for past 10 years 1 week each trip. On average staying at hotels cost $2000

  : the room was clean and I appreciated having a code vs a key to the door.
  : the lighting around the property is very dim and it felt unsafe when walking to the elevator or to the car at night.

  : Excellent location, minutes from the beach and Kihei shopping area. Customer service was very accommodating and very responsive. Ample parking on site.
  : The condo needs some updating, including the sofa bed which appears to have a bent frame, and there were some minor cleanliness issues. Main bed frame headboard is disconnected from bed and hits the wall anytime you move at night, making it difficult to sleep. Some noticeable stains on living room rug, as well as on patio furniture cushions. Bedroom was also very dark with little natural light.

  : Dirty rug, furniture all outdated, needs a deep-clean. The fees were too much. I hope that $250 cleaning fee they do a deep cleaning job for the next guest. Needs to be freshened up!

  : access to The main drag. The staff. Everything worked. Equipment available to use in the closet for the beach. Air conditioner worked very well but the back bedroom was off and very stuffy.
  : Unit showed its age. Nothing was upgraded. Vacuum was a joke. I was there on vacation, but I was there for 11 days. It would have been nice to have been able to vacuum the floor. No directions on how to use the TV, and very limited choice.
