  : This apartment is right at the base of the mountain. Like, literally right next to the gondola. You could see snowboarders and skiers all day. That was pretty cool.
  : This place was not as we expected. The hallways to the apartment smelled weird and we still can't quite put our finger on what the smell was. Mold? Foot? Food? We don't know. The actual apartment itself was dirty. The carpet was filthy and stained, EVERYWHERE, and the walls in the kitchen had food or condiments on them. The lights witch's to the master bath had dirt or something smeared across the panel and it was gross. Cleaning crew definitely did not do the sanitizing part of their job before we got there. Because of covid, before we bring our things into a rental or airbnb, we've been wiping down light switches, handles and doorknobs and etc.. So this didn't quite matter anyway but.. Well, let's just say at this rental, we had to do more than just wipe down the doorknobs and light switches. Sheets were thankfully clean (they were white so you could atleast look at them as see no dirt was on them), dishes were clean, etc. Main things were the carpet, walls and lightswitchs. Yuck. The heater in the master room was also broken so it was freezing at night no matter how high we tried to turn the heat or fireplace (from the living room) on, that one master room was still so cold. The other bedroom and living room was getting heat and had no complaints there. When booking this place, we filtered rentals for 5ppl and pets. My son was okay sleeping on the couch but on our last day there, when we were cleaning up, we realized that the couch was actually a pullout couch. The description of the apt did NOT tell us that, nor did check in instructions. I just feel like that would have been nice to know.. After we checked in, we had issues with parking. The check in instructions said that if there wasn't a parking pass for the garage, you could just write your information on a piece of paper and it would be fine. Well, we got notified by the building manager that we weren't allowed to do that and would get towed.
