  : Good location and pet friendly. Owner was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. Upgraded room with no charge due to plumbing issue.
  : The property could use an update in decorating. There could have been an easier check in system.

  : Very private and pretty setting. Room was comfortable and rain head shower was great. Chessie the cat was a sweetheart! Manager was very helpful.
  : Pool was pretty small but we had it to ourselves the entire time so it was fine.

  : Great location, close to beach within a 5 min drive or 10-15 walk. Beautiful jungle foliage and plenty of fruits! Quiet residential/BnB area not like the hotel scene. Free parking which many places do not offer.
  : I booked through booking.com instead of directly and two things were not translated such as a dog fee and 10% COVID cleaning fee. Booking.com states in both the Amenities and House Rules sections: "Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges," so i wasn't expecting a $30 per night charge. Not a big deal, just caught me by surprise that's all.

  : quaint place with easy access. Snacks available in our room. Microwave and full size mini fridge. WiFi and local information provided in our room.
  : Realizing it was a holiday weekend, we understand the jump in prices per night in Key West. With the being said, our room smelled like the pucks you put in the shower when youre sick. Speaking of shower, ours had one of the black rubber work mats in it. When we stepped into the shower, we felt like we were going to drop through the floor. Removing the mat, we saw the shower floor had been fixed with a plastic covering and waterproof tape. Before we even checked in, the owner text us, telling us we would be paying 4% in charges because we booked on booking.com if we paid with a credit card. To charge over $900 for 2 nights, the value we got for our room, was not worth it to us. I cannot find on the website that says we would be charged this 4% if we used a credit card at check in. Being a groomsman in a wedding that weekend, we had a rehearsal at 3 pm. although we did see we would be charged $10 per hour early Check in, we were hoping this would be waived checking in at 2, and considering our situation, and what we originally paid for the 2 nights. The walls were pretty thin, and trying to get a good nights sleep on the rock hard flintstones bed was difficult. The pool was referred to as the Cocktail Pool which is accurate considering Ive had cocktails bigger than the pool.
