  : We pulled in and were shocked at how the place looked. We tried to call ahead to see if a refrigerator was in the room and couldn't call, could only TEXT. They responded saying they couldn't guarantee there would be one. There were 3 dirty looking men going in and out of their rooms and hanging out in the parking lot. There was an air conditioner in the window, no central air!? We had to ring a buzzer to get into the office, were not greeted with a smile, girl didn't look up from her computer. Told her we wanted to cancel reservation and she said, "OK", still did not look up. We think she saw us sitting in the parking lot for a long time (looking for another hotel) and she must have seen us and figured out that we didn't like what we were seeing.
