  : I called 19 times over two days and never received an answer. Upon check in I found out they had turned the phone off. The lobby was closed and the one person they had to work would be gone most of the time. No breakfast was included though advertised.

  : There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
  : The staff were not pleasant or helpful at all; my booking was messed up as I had requested special accommodation and received notice it was approved but it was not and upon arriving was told that it would never have been approved and that Booking.com didn't send them my request. Then my booking was cancelled and I had to pay a higher rate. The room was very much in disrepair with peeling paint everywhere, a tub that didn't hold water and was rusty.

  : Yes was over charged once I got there . Once inside the room we started to see bugs crawling so I asked for another room. They accommodated us with another room but was in the same condition. Refund was approved due to the roaches they had.
