  : The location was amazing. The keypad versus using a physical key was convenient. The room was Spartan, which actually suits my taste.
  : I booked the room based on location and price. It was the lowest priced lodging, $90 a night, compared to other places that had also fit my criteria. When I received my bill, I was charged $208 a night. A BIG difference. Here is where I accept some blame. I was sent my itinerary when I booked, and only glanced at it. The price was over $400, but that tallied in my head to a three night stay at $90 a night plus added fees. Had I looked closer, I would have noticed that the end date was different from what I had requested. Instead of booking me for three nights, they booked me for two. My purpose for the trip was a workshop. I was called in the middle of the workshop and told that they were removing my items from the room because I hadn’t checked out by 10 am. I told them that I had reservations for that night also, but they said I didn’t. I left the workshop in the middle of it to rescue my things and scramble to find another room for the night (I did, and it also had a comprable location and was cheaper but slightly better than the Vacasa room!) I confirmed with my husband that indeed they hadn’t booked me for three nights. In summary, I had learned that a price can more than double from the advertisement, and that I must read all communications closely. I missed quite a bit of my workshop as a result of the miscommunication and I had sticker shock to boot. It all left me with a bad feeling for the entire experience.

  : Location was good for convenience to things. Clean & bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Unit is very small so the common socializing area is tiny. Small non pull out couch didn’t help, no other seating.
  : Misleading cost info when booking. Taxes & fees were NOT made clear. Very small inside, no seating area at all, couch is too small. On arrival, there was a party going on directly below us which went on into early hours. Lots of noise and difficulty getting to sleep until it ended eventually. Would look at alternate options before staying here again. Value for cost not very good IMO.

  : The property was very clean and located right in the center of town.
  : On the morning of our second day we discovered, by stepping into a puddle on the floor, that the bathroom toilet leaked. In our opinion this is an ongoing issue as we found as you moved around the area of the toilet that water seeped through the openings of the floor boards. This opinion was backed up by Vacasa representative, Hillary, who confirmed that the problem was also reported by the previous tenant. Hillary, further informed that Vacasa investigated the complaint and although they confirmed the leak they did not consider the problem urgent. I guess they are used to stepping into puddles caused by toilets. Also, I would think the tenant below might consider the problem urgent!Additionally it would have been nice to have something to sit on other than two less than stable wooden kitchen chairs. A small inexpensive loveseat maybe?Due to the toilet issue we cut our stay and left a day early.
