: We could not get in to the hotel they lock the doors to the lobby at check in time which is 5 o’clock pm. They ask that you drive across town to another hotel for assistance and then redirect you back to the same location which is still locked. Frustrated we chose to wait in the hotel restaurant around the corner only to find that our keys were in the restaurant at their reception stand. The whole process left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Poor management practices and customer service.

: The location was perfect as it was near shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have used extra towel bars for hanging up used towels and cloths.
: We were charged an extra $50 to our 2nd day (ck out day) in anticipation of addl charges. That is unacceptable. We now have to wait 3-5 days for the extra charge to be refunded. No one at the front desk to greet us on registration.
