: The outside appearances were nice
: Booked 3 rooms for my family, 2 King and a Double Double, got 1 King and 2 Double Double, said they didn't have anymore Kings and the facility was less than 1/2 full. Requested early check in, got a conformation of between 1300 and 1400, arrived at 1315 and there was nobody in the office and it was locked with a note on the door to call a number for a onsite person. We were told that an early check in would cost us $10.00 an hour per room for a total of an extra $60.00 to get into our rooms. We opted not to pay. We came back at 4:00, once again no one in the office and had to call again, once I payed for the rooms is when I was told that they didn't have what I booked, didn't have much choice at that point. Got into our rooms, and found in my room that there was a used wash cloth stuck in one of the drawers in the bathroom area and in the night stand there were old bag and napkins from a take out orders. I got ready to take a shower and there was no bath mat for the floor, only 2 bath towels for a double/double and ony was cloth for the 2 of us. When I turned on the shower the water pressure was so high that it blew the short shower curtain was blown out out of the shower and water soaked the floor, I have never taken a shower were it actually hurt to be under the water, and then to top it all off, ran out of hot water after 6 o 7 minutes. Also requested to have our rooms close to each other and my son's room was 6 cabins from us. Spent $194.00 at this establishment that once again was less than 1/2 full to be this disappointed will cause me the next time I go to see family in that area to spend twice the amount to be more comfortable and better taken care of. Will NOT book this establishment again

: I hate this place. Seems to me like it was ran down years ago and they keep putting a bandaid on it. Not able to shower in my own room?

: the smell close to the plant , roaches came out when I showered and the cable or tv did not work when asked about the service she stated it doesn’t work and just use out Netflix
