Disappointing

  : it had a pretty scenery n was pretty quiet
  : the head board was peeled blankets had holes in it window wouldn’t open pool was closed despite the website stating differently so my children were disappointed just 95 bucks a night is steep for a place when the pool is closed n the bed was all kinds of chipped holes in the bedding window wouldn’t open had a hard time with the WiFi etc. so needless to say, don’t think I’ll go there again. but the staff guy at the front desk was super nice.

  : It took till 2:00AM for the AC to cool the room enough to sleep. The shower curtain rod was loose and you could not keep curtain open it slid to middle of rod. The alarm clock was not working at all. I had to play with it to finally set the time. The refrigerator froze the milk I put inside for breakfast. The elevator was NOT working. One had to use stairs. (no big deal to me as I need the exercise. but if I had a lot of luggage it would not have been good.) I was booked in for three nights but left after the second night. It was next to impossible to find the desk clerk when he was not at the desk. Sadly, Rodeway Inn will suffer from the owners lack of getting the room in good condition before renting. I can honestly say, I will NEVER stay in a Rodeway Inn ever again. The carpets in the hallways and stairs were not looking good. Stained & bleached.
  : The worse was having the room too hot. The AC should have been turned on with room cooler when knowing I was checking in after 3 PM.

  : The bed was SUPER comfortable. The cleanliness was acceptable, but that's about it. The staff member that checked us in was very nice but was the only person there, which caused major delays (but she was working very hard!) It was the only hotel in the area we could find.
  : We waited over 10 mins for someone to check us in but I think she was the only staff on site and was busy cleaning rooms. We were checked in to the wrong room (not what we reserved, and the A/C didn't work) and had to wait 15 more mins for them to clean a king room. We were told breakfast was from 7-10am, and when we went to get breakfast at 8:30 there was NOTHING; not even lights on in the dining area. We saw one other guest getting coffee in the lobby, but there were no cups. We went back to our room to get coffee cups from the room, and when we came back to get coffee from the lobby, it was cold and old. We stayed 2 nights and there was no breakfast, either night. The remote for the TV didn't work and we could not change the channel without it, so we didn't even get to watch TV in our room.

  : No Clerk at tried calling the number 6 times. Then went looking finally after 45 minutes found the clerk and got checked in. Then the key card for the doors wouldn't work. Had to find the clerk Again and get him to fix the problem. Next day No one was at the desk to check out.

  : Arrived at the property and no one was at the desk. There was a guest outside that had got locked out of her room and couldn't get the desk clerk to come to the desk to let her in. I called and called the hotel number no answer. Was meeting family members there who also arrived, mind you they are the bride and groom of the wedding we came here to participate in, they had gotten their room earlier in the day and it was just awful.jacuzzi tub was black, bed was stained to include the mattress and the comforter, just all around nasty and smelled funny... Finally after an hour of waiting some guy comes down and I give him an ear full so in return he refused to honor my reservation. Which was fine by me. I demanded he give the bride and groom a full refund on the two rooms they had paid for for the weekend and a complete refund on the banquet room which they had paid for to have an after hours party for the guests from the wedding, which reluctantly the clerk finally gave them a full refund. But in turn by refusing my reservation and cancelling it out online it cost me an extra $100. Which I feel just wasn't right. All parties in involved were told by desk clerk and it's also stated online that rodeway inn, kendalville Indiana has a free hot breakfast, a pool, hot tub, vending machines and pop machines, which is in fact a total lie. They have nothing!!! The elevator doesn't even work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE
