: The tv was big and worked. It was close to restaurants and shopping, freeway entrance. The place was clean, and fresh linens where put on the bed.
: They charge you an extra 100 dollars for a pet fee after what you pay on this site. The internet is very bad, they need a new router. I used my phone as a hot spot for work. Since that was better. The water pressure is horrible, and the grass in the back yard was very tall. When i told the person about these issues it was put off onto the owner. Yet when collecting money, it went through the husbands paypal account.

: Able to be with entire family in a home setting.Able to have our pet with us.Fenced in back yard.Separate bathroomsPlenty of space.Able to make family meals without going out.Great location. Very close to most things you would need. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping.Bedroom sizes were adequate.Accessing the house via a code was great. That way we didn’t have worry about any keys.
: House was not as clean as I thought it would be. Hard wood floors were dirty, carpet was very dingey, countertops and stove were dirty, cupboard doors were sticky, lint/dryer sheets in two of three bedrooms on the floor.House had a “less than clean” smell. Air freshener helped, but only covered it up.Some of the house rules, previous guests upon departing, were not adhered to. Food in fridge, counters dirty, etc.All the north windows were down about 1-1 ½ inches, which provided a draft. Once they were shut draft went away. All other windows let cool in, as they are cheaper single/double pane windows. Chair in bedroom had a big liquid stain on it.Could not park both vehicles in the garage. There was a trailer in one side.Very busy road next to house, and interstate was right next to that. Bedrooms were less noisy than the living area. Lots of sirens, at all times of the day. Better windows would help with noise.
