  : Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific, with lots of variations and options.
  : Our room was “clean”, but needed a lot of repairs. One blind has come detached from the wall. The other blind wouldn’t close all the way. The toilet rocked. The sliding doors to the bathroom were scratched. The clothes hooks in the bath were coming out of the wall. The biggest turn off was the smell of dog when we first arrived. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel, but it shouldn’t smell like a kennel. Thankfully the staff took responsibility for deodorizing or changing an air filter. It didn’t get rid of the smell completely, but it wasn’t nearly as bad the second day.
